How do I sign up for online banking?
  • Click Secure Online Banking Login (blue button on the right side, top of scroll bar)
  • Click Enroll under First Time User
 You will need:
  • Member Account Number
  • Call 24 or Last 4-digits of your SSN
  • Full SSN
  • Address Number
What do I do if I forget my online account access password?
  • Click Secure Online Banking Login (blue button on the right side, top of scroll bar)
  • Click Login
  • Under the Logon button click Forgot Security Code
  • You will enter your Logon ID on the next page
  • Check the box I’m not a robot
  • Click OK
A temporary Security Code will be sent to your email address associated with this account. Your email should arrive within 1 – 2 minutes (please allow up to 10 minutes). The temporary security code must be used within 15 minutes. You may also contact the credit union for a temporary security code.  You will enter your current (temporary) security code, the new security code*, and verify your new security code. Click OK.
How do I change my online banking password?
When you are logged into your account there is a lock in the upper right hand corner. Hover over it and select change security code. You will enter your current security code, the new security code and verify your new security code. Click OK.
  • Security code must be between 8 - 16 characters
  • Must contain at least 2 alphabetic and 2 numeric characters
  • In addition, it may contain special characters: _-.!@$*()=+{}[]|
  • Do not select a security code you have used in the past
  • Security code is case sensitive

How Do I sign up for Bill Pay?

  • Log into your account
  • Click Bill Pay
  • Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions 
  • Enter the payee’s information including account number, address, and phone number
  • You have the option to schedule one-time or recurring payments 
How do I access NEFCU 2GO Mobile Deposit?
  • You must first download the app (NEFCU 2GO) through the Apple App Store or Google Play
  • All payees must endorse the back of the check
  • Below your signature(s) add the following: For Mobile Deposit Only at NEFCU
  • Login to your NEFCU 2GO app
  • Click Deposit
  • Click Deposit a check
  • Enter the check amount
  • Click Take Photos (allow the app to access your photos)
  • Take a picture of the front of the check
  • Take a picture of the back of the check
  • The information gets submitted to the credit union
  • Must be submitted by 2 p.m. CST for same day credit
  • Review your mobile deposit history to verify it was accepted
